VCT Fundraising for the 2022/23 tax year

The Offers are now fully subscribed.

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc and The Income & Growth VCT plc, have now received applications totalling £76mn; the initial offer amount of £47mn and the over-allotment facility of £29mn.

The allotment in respect of applicants received by the Company is planned for 16 November 2022. Applications that were received using the over-allotment facility will be notified by City Partnership that their application was received under the over-allotment facility and will be allotted in January 2023 as set out in the prospectus.
