VCT Fundraising for the 2021/22 tax year

Offers Applicants: Under the Offers for Subscription launched by the Mobeus VCTs on 20 January 2022, which became fully subscribed on 21 January 2022, those applicants who have not been successful either due to the Companies being unable to accommodate their allocation under the first-come, first-served criteria or in accordance with their application preference instruction, will have had or will have their funds returned shortly.
It is the Directors’ intention to allot the shares under the Offers, subject to shareholder approval being received at the General Meetings and the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 23 February 2022, on or around 9 March 2022.  Shareholders who have had shares allotted will receive confirmation within two days of the allotment taking place by either e-comms or letter in line with the preferences entered on their application.


VCT offers for the 2021/22 tax year - fully subscribed, no further applications being accepted.


Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc and The Income & Growth VCT plc (together the “Mobeus VCTs”) are pleased to announce that the 2021/22 tax year offer for each Mobeus VCT is now open for subscription following the publication of a prospectus (the “Prospectus”) in relation to a fundraise of £35 million in aggregate (the “Offers”).  Full details of the Offers are contained in the Prospectus.

Applications can be made online (using the above link) or by filling in the application form and returning to The City Partnership by email to: or by post.  Applications can be made direct or through an intermediary as set out in Part IV of the Prospectus. Please also refer to the Application Procedures set out at the end of the Prospectus.

The Offers will close for applications at 5.30pm on 31 March 2022 unless fully subscribed at an earlier date.  Prospective investors should be aware that applications will be processed on a “first come, first served” basis. 

The Mobeus VCTs (excluding The Income & Growth VCT plc) have also issued a circular containing notices convening general meetings to be held on 23 February 2022.
