Allotment of Shares under the Dividend Investment Scheme and circulation of Share Certificates
On 8 November 2023, the Company paid an Interim dividend of 7.00 pence per share to all Shareholders.
All those Shareholders who were registered as participants of the Company’s Dividend Investment Scheme (the “Scheme”) will have received this dividend payment through the allotment of additional Ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company, purchased at a price of 70.34 pence per share.
All Scheme participants are therefore notified that they are due to receive additional Share certificates for this amount, which were posted out to them on 16 November 2023.
If Scheme participants have still not received their certificates on 4 December 2023, they should contact the new Scheme Administrator, City Partnership, using the contact details as follows:
