Allotment of Shares under the Dividend Investment Scheme and circulation of Share Certificates and circulation of Share Certificates
On 22 March 2024, the Company paid an Interim dividend of 2.00 pence per share to all Shareholders.
All those Shareholders who were registered as participants of the Company’s Dividend Investment Scheme (the “Scheme”) will have received this dividend payment through the allotment of additional Ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company, purchased at a price of 71.09 pence per share.
All Scheme participants are therefore notified that they are due to receive additional Share certificates for this amount, which were posted out to them on 26 March 2024.
If Scheme participants have still not received their certificates by 9 April 2024, they should contact the Scheme Administrator, The City Partnership (UK) Limited, using the contact details as follows:
